We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.

Certain manufacturer-fulfilled orders (such as OxeFit equipment) become non-cancelable once accepted by the manufacturer, as stated on the applicable product pages and in our Return and Refund Policy.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping Policy

We ship from multiple fulfillment locations across the United States, depending on the product and manufacturer. Shipping methods, costs, processing times, and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy and on each product page.

5.2 Risk of Loss

All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier, except that for shipments arranged by us we will assist with carrier claims for loss or transit damage as described in our Shipping Policy.
